If you are looking for campgrounds in Anderson, SC, you've come to the right place. Our beautiful campground is nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains next to beautiful Lake Hartwell. We have a great deal to offer, including 62 acres of fun and relaxation. We are located within 20 minutes of Anderson, SC and midway between Atlanta and Charlotte. In addition, we are just 30 minutes from Clemson University. We are uniquely positioned to allow you to take advantage of the many attractions in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
About Us
Lake Hartwell Camping and Cabins is locally owned and operated by Jamie and Jill Bowen.
We have 120 camping sites. Eighty of these sites are full hookup pull-thru sites and the other forty are some of the best tent/popup campsites you will find. All of our sites have fire rings, so bring your Hot Dogs & Marshmallows!
Beautiful Lake Hartwell near Anderson, SC
Our Campground is right on Lake Hartwell. You can launch your boat from our concrete boat ramp and dock. You can fish from our dock or from the shore. If you like hiking, we have 35 acres of hiking trails in the woods where you can find water flowing over a Beaver Dam and wildlife.
For those who would like to stay with us longer, we offer Monthly and Seasonal rates. We also have a storage facility for your boat or RV at very reasonable rates.
