Welcome to our Campground
Welcome to Lake Hartwell Camping & Cabins nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and on beautiful Lake Hartwell. We
are a 62 acre privately owned family campground with a lot to offer. We are located within a 2 hours drive from Atlanta or Charlotte
and less than 30 minutes from Clemson University. We are a perfect spot from which you can explore many historic and entertainment
venues in the Upcountry of South Carolina and North Carolina.
About Us
Lake Hartwell Camping and Cabins is locally owned and operated by Jamie and Jill Bowen.
We have 120 camping sites. Sixty of these sites are full hookup pull-thru sites and the other 60 are some of the best tent/popup campsites you will find. All of our sites have fire rings, so bring your Hot Dogs & Marshmallows!
Beautiful Lake Hartwell
Our Campground is right on Lake Hartwell. You can launch your boat from our concrete boat ramp and dock. You can fish from our dock or from the shore. If you like hiking, we have 35 acres of hiking trails in the woods where you can find water flowing over a Beaver Dam and wildlife.
For those who would like to stay with us longer, we offer Monthly and Seasonal rates. We also have a storage facility for your boat or RV at very reasonable rates.
